Red Hat Access Plug-ins integrate Red Hat's subscription services and diagnostics directly into Red Hat products.
Red Hat Access Plug-ins provide proactive notifications and quicker issue resolution with seamless access to assistance, analysis, and advanced diagnostic services. Integrating automated services enables you to open and update support cases and access diagnostics information and knowledge all from within easy-to-use product consoles or dashboards.
There are currently three service features available through the Red Hat Access Plug-ins:
- Red Hat Access: Search—Conveniently access exclusive Red Hat knowledge and solutions.
- Red Hat Access: Support—Create, manage, and update your Red Hat support cases.
- Red Hat Access: Diagnose—Access online diagnostic services to easily identify problems in error codes, stacktraces, and logs.
