OpenShift Update Service v5.0.0 now available for red Hat OpenShift Container Platform

Description

The OpenShift Update Service uses the update protocol called Cincinnati, which
is designed to facilitate automatic updates.

The OpenShift Update Service has been updated to include conditional edge blocking. Conditional Updates are recommended updates associated with known risks. Learn more at https://cloud.redhat.com/blog/introducing-conditional-openshift-updates
