The Quarkus Native Builder image is updated to version 25.0.3 for Red Hat Build of Quarkus.

Description

The Quarkus Native Builder image, based on GraalVM 25 community code,
is updated.

This includes an OpenJDK update to version 25.0.3 and the corresponding
upstream Mandrel 25.0.3.0-Final release.

Solution

Update the Quarkus Native Builder image to the latest 25.0 image.
