Updated dnf-plugin-subscription-manager packages that fix several bugs are now available for the Extras Channel of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.

Description

The dnf-plugin-subscription-manager packages provide a DNF plug-in for subscription management. This plug-in provides the same functionality of enabling content access and maintaining product ID certificates for systems using Red Hat
Subscription Management (RHSM).

This update fixes the following bugs:

• product-id plugin provided by dnf-plugin-subscription-manager fails to remove product certificate (BZ#1620136)
• dnf-plugin-subscription-manager should require python-librepo not python2-librepo (BZ#1698468)
• libdnf product-id plugin removes the product certificate whose package was not requested for removal (BZ#1704421)

Users of dnf-plugin-subscription-manager are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which fixes these bugs.

Solution

Before applying this update, make sure all previously released errata relevant to your system have been applied. In addition, make sure to apply the following errata available as part of the Base Channel of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7: RHBA-2019:2008.

If RHBA-2019:2008 is not applied concurrently with this erratum, this erratum will fail to apply.
