  • Crontab command is failing with following error logs:

    # less /var/log/cron
    Mar 27 08:00:01 localhost crond[8566]: (user) FAILED to authorize user with PAM (Authentication token is no longer valid; new one required)
    
    # less /var/log/secure
    Mar 27 07:52:03 localhost crond[8139]: pam_unix(crond:account): expired password for user 'user' (password aged)
