How to disable compromised "Comodo AAA Services" and "AAA Certificate Services" CA root certificates on Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Fedora
Issue
- RHEL and Fedora systems are affected by a recent CA certificate compromise of intermediate certificates.
- An update of the ca-certificates package that addresses these issues is underway, but before it is shipped, users are advised to follow this article and manually disable the root certificates that signed the compromised intermediates.
