Issue

  • After updating packages on a Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 system, the SSSD service logs the following warning message on startup

     sssd_be[...]: `ldap_sudo_search_base` is not set. SSSD will search the entire directory tree (DC=example,DC=com) for sudo
