ETCD backup script fails with the error "cp: cannot create regular file" in RHOCP

Issue

  • The etcd backup script /usr/local/bin/cluster-backup.sh fails with below error.

found latest kube-apiserver: /etc/kubernetes/static-pod-resources/kube-apiserver-pod-944
......
found latest etcd: /etc/kubernetes/static-pod-resources/etcd-pod-14
cp: cannot create regular file '/etc/kubernetes/static-pod-resources/bin/etcdctl': Text file busy
