Running the RHOKP image results in “Missing ACCESS_KEY” banner, and search and knowledge base are not functioning.
Issue

When running the RHOKP image I see the following log message:
Warning: Missing ACCESS_KEY; Please retrieve an ACCESS_KEY from https://access.redhat.com/offline/access and provide it in the ACCESS_KEY environment variable to enable Search, Solutions, and Articles. Launching Red Hat Offline Knowledge Portal (without ACCESS_KEY) in 10... 9... 8... 7... 6... 5... 4... 3... 2... 1... launch.

There is a banner in the browser with the message: “Missing ACCESS_KEY; some features are disabled; please contact your system administrator.”
- Search is not working, and results in an error message “Something went wrong. Please try again.”
- Solution and Article pages are blank
