Attempting to generate an access key results in the error message ‘Red Hat Satellite subscription required’
Issue
When attempting to obtain an access key for Red Hat Offline Knowledge Portal via the Access Key Generation application, I receive the following message:

Red Hat Satellite subscription required.
Red Hat Offline Knowledge Portal is available as an add-on to your Red Hat Satellite subscription.
To confirm whether you have an active Red Hat Satellite subscription, search for SKU MCT3718 on Red Hat Subscription Manager. If you want to purchase a Red Hat Satellite subscription with the Red Hat Offline Knowledge Portal add-on, contact the Red Hat Sales team.
If you recently activated a subscription, it could take up to 5 minutes for it to appear in your account. For more assistance, contact Support.
