Issue

  • Logs report issue as a transaction cannot proceed: STATUS_MARKED_ROLLBACK error. This occurred when Hibernate attempted to prepare a statement, but the transaction was marked for rollback due to a SQLException: IJ031070: Transaction cannot proceed: STATUS_MARKED_ROLLBACK.
  • org.apache.http.conn.HttpHostConnectException Connection Time Out
