Getting I/O errors on the terminal randomly for different binaries and commands.

Issue

Observing I/O errors on the terminal randomly, on a periodic basis, for different binaries or commands:

-bash: /bin/grep: Input/output error
-bash: logger: command not found
-bash: tty: command not found
-bash: dmesg: command not found
-bash: /bin/grep: Input/output error
-bash: logger: command not found
-bash: tty: command not found

Some commands are not working as expected, leading to similar I/O errors.
