Enable the Internal Image Registry on Single Node OpenShift using LVM Storage

Issue

  • After installing Single Node Openshift using the Assisted Installer, the internal image registry is not available. How is this configured using a persistent volume for container storage instead of using emptyDir as suggested in the documentation.
