xinetd kills all child processes when SIGHUP is received ?
Issue
-
The xinetd kills all child processes(SIGKILL) when sending a SIGHUP to xinetd (reload configuration).
-
As per man page:
SIGHUP causes a hard reconfiguration, which means that xinetd re-reads the configuration file and terminates the servers for services that are no longer available.
