Elasticsearch alert fires continuously
ElasticsearchClusterNotHealthy - Cluster elasticsearch health status has been YELLOW for at least 20m. Some shard replicas are not allocated.

After switching OSSM to integrate with user-workload monitoring, the Elasticsearch turns YELLOW as replicas for indices are
UNASSIGNED

Elasticsearch indices are in YELLOW as indices replicas are
UNASSIGNED
and when reviewed the Elasticsearch allocation policy is observed the message:"replica allocations are forbidden due to cluster setting [cluster.routing.allocation.enable=primaries]"}
