When syncing collections in the private Automation Hub, how to disable download all the dependencies?

- When syncing a collection in the private Automation Hub, it downloads all the versions of the dependencies of the collection.
Environment
- Private Automation Hub Server version 4.7.3
- Pulp Ansible Version 0.17.5
- Ansible Automation Platform 2.4
