Parse error selecting severity when observing logs in RHOCP 4
Issue

When trying to use the severity in the OCP Console -> Observe -> Logs as Administrator or OCP Console -> Observe -> Aggregate logs as Developer is received the error:
parse error at line 1, col 133: syntax error: unexpected STRING
