Issue
ping: socket: Address family not supported by protocolerror with IPv6 disabled.
$ grep ipv6.disable=1 /proc/cmdline
BOOT_IMAGE=... ipv6.disable=1
$ ping -c 1 192.168.x.x
ping: socket: Address family not supported by protocol
