Ceph MDS report slow request setting SELinux extended attributes on files

Issue

• CephFS logging slow request while setting SELinux extended attributes on files.

• The MDS logs slow request during the SELinux context setting:

  [WRN] slow request 30.308475 seconds old, received at 2022-10-08 11:24:01.491429: client_request(client.898845:3819 setxattr #0x10001d1111d security.selinux 2022-10-08 11:24:01.490500 caller_uid=0, caller_gid=0{}) currently submit entry: journal_and_reply
  

• And MDS_SLOW_REQUEST like the following one is shown in MON pods:
