Issue
- The following dmesg appears, during boot or when the firewalld service is restarted when legacy ipset rules are present:
[ 1234.24111] Warning: Deprecated Driver is detected: ipset will not be maintained in a future major release and may be disabled

- firewalld with ipset rules
- legacy ipset
