Mellanox Driver fails to load on 3.6.11.5-rt37.55.el6rt.x86_64 when SR-IOV is disabled in the bios.
Mellanox interfaces do not appear, with boot up failure: mlx4_core: missing uar, aborting .

Environment

kernel-rt 3.6.11.5-rt37.55.el6rt.x86_64
HP ProLiant BL460c Gen8 systems (System ROM: I31 03/01/2013)
Mellanox Technologies MT27500 Family [ConnectX-3] (Firmware version 2.11.1024 and above, firmware versions before this appear to be unaffected)
