Why taking VNC console in RHV is failing with error "the certificate is not trusted"

Issue

  • The certificate is not trusted error is shown in the remote-viewer while taking the VNC console of VMs in RHV.
  • It's possible to access the spice console of the same VM without any issue.
  • VNC encryption is enabled in the cluster.

Environment

  • Red Hat Virtualization 4.4.
