Supplementary notes on the behavior of boot and kdump of HPE Cray EX Supercomputer
Issue
- A cluster manager is used prior to booting Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- On this system the crash dump is configured to save the vmcore file of the compute node to the cluster manager node
- Additional parameters are required to boot this system
