[RHV] Unable to access VNC console to VMs

Issue

• From the Admin Portal when selecting Console for a VM, the Console access opens and closes quickly

• When debugging remote-viewer.exe -vvv --gtk-vnc-debug "C:\Users\User\Downloads\console.vv" the following errror can be seen:
