Issue

  • How to set NOZEROCONF and add the zeroconf route with NetworkManager?
  • Is NOZEROCONF parameter still used?
  • No NOZEROCONF parameter exists in /etc/sysconfig/network anymore with NM
  • On a fresh RHEL7 install, there's no IP route to 169.254.0.0/16
  • 169.254.0.0/16 doesn't appear in the routing table, even when the NOZEROCONF parameter has not been added to /etc/sysconfig/network, so why isn't there a zeroconf route?
