Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 & 8 VM's cant boot on Microsoft Hyper-V 2016 platform
Issue
- When using RHEL 7/8/9 as the guest operating system on a virtual machine (VM) running on a Microsoft Hyper-V Server 2016 host, the VM in some cases fails to boot and returns to the GRUB boot menu.
