While executing command nfs4_setfacl, it gives an error 'Operation to request attribute not supported,Failed to instantiate ACL'
Issue
- While implementing nfs4_setfacl on nfs mounts mounted as NFS4 file system, it gives following error message :
# nfs4_setfacl -a A::testacl:rxtncy /Test1/tryacl/
Operation to request attribute not supported.
Failed to instantiate ACL.
- While remounting NFS share using acl, it fails with below error message :
mount -o remount,acl /Test1/
Warning: rpc.gssd appears not to be running.

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- NFSv4
- Third-party NFS server
