Why was the symlink for /usr/bin/ksh removed in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6?

The symlink /usr/bin/ksh is present in almost all RHEL releases i.e. RHEL4/5, but why its removed from RHEL6?
Is there any way to get it back?
