Does current version of PAPI has support for SandyBridge and IvyBridge processor family?

Issue

  • Latest version of papi available in RHEL does not yet include the needed enablement patches to support the Intel Sandy Bridge chipset.
  • The current version of PAPI (4.1.3-3.el6) doesn't support Intel Sandy Bridge and Ivy Bridge processors.

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6.4
  • papi-4.1.3-3.el6
