Do we need irqbalance?

- We assume irqbalance service is needed in multi-CPU environment, we'd like more information.
- Is it nonsense to execute irqbalance in single CPU system?
- How about single CPU that has multi core?
- How about multi CPU that has single core?
- How about multi CPU that has multi core?
- Do we need to execute irqbalance on a virtual guest machine for virtualization?
