"An Authentication error occurred" when integrating OpenShift to use RH-SSO for users authentication

When login to OpenShift console, user is redirected to RH-SSO login page. After providing correct username and password, the user is redirected again to OpenShift but the browser displays
An Authentication error occurred
message.
