JBoss Web access log timestamp configuration

Issue

• Is the timestamp (%t) in the JBoss Web access log configurable?
• Can the timestamp be changed to include milliseconds?
• How to get millisecond logging switched on for JBoss Web access log
• We enabled access log in one of the environment and used %t - Date and time, in Common Log format for the timestamp. However this %t has HH:MM:SS format.
  Our requirement is to get HH:MM:SS:ssss format. Where and which parameter needs to be configured to achieve timestamp in milliseconds format.
