  • Uploading a file using redhat-support-tool addattachment fails with one the following messages

    $ redhat-support-tool addattachment -c <case number> <file to upload>

    • Unauthorized

      ERROR: Unable to fulfill request with support services API.  Reason: Unauthorized

    • Not Found

      ERROR: Unable to fulfill request with support services API.  Reason: Not Found

    • Internal Server Error

      ERROR: Unable to fulfill request with support services API.  Reason: Internal Server Error

    • Service Unavailable

      ERROR: Unable to fulfill request with support services API.  Reason: Service Unavailable

    • another error not listed above
