polkitd and accounts-daemon process consuming a large amount of CPU resources on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7

Issue

• (polkitd, dbus-daemon, accounts-daemon) are taking upto 10% CPU each and are seen running always.

• polkitd and accounts-daemon appears to consume more CPU after updating to RHEL 7.4/7.5/7.6.
