Live migration of RHEL 7 VMs on Hyper-V (2016) throw "rcu_sched detected stalls on CPUs" errors
Issue
- "rcu_sched detected stalls on CPUs" leads to unresponsiveness of RHEL VMs on Hyper-V.
- Most of the time the system freezes and doesn't recover.
- This primarly happens with systems under load.
