Candlepin FAILS After Upgrading to RHEL 7.6

Issue

After upgrading Satellite 6.2.z server to RHEL 7.6 a hammer ping shows candlepin as FAILS. This is because with RHEL 7.6 the selinux-policy package was updated to include a new boolean tomcat_can_network_connect_db, which is set to OFF.

Run a hammer ping, it will take a while to execute.
