RHV: After upgrading to 4.2.5, IO-Threads is enabled and I cannot disable it

Issue

My Virtual Machines are randomly getting IO-Threads setting enabled.
Disabling IO-Threads does not work, it is still enabled.
Virtual Machines reboot with IO-Threads enabled.
