Specific CPU microcode version triggers a kernel panic
Issue
- A memory address that is stored in an unrelated CPU register is being dereferenced;
- The
%ripCPU register contains an invalid instruction pointer that typically points between 2 consecutive instructions.

microcode_ctlpackage version1.17-25.2.el6_9or2.1-22.2.el7- mostly seen on Intel E5-26XX v3 CPU series
