How to disable the Gnome tracker service

Issue

Disabling the Tracker service from Gnome leaves at least the tracker-store service running.
The tracker-store service cannot be stopped with graphical tools that Gnome provides.
If left running with the standard configuration there is a possibility that all of the services will be restarted after reboot.
