Events log reporting "ETL service aggregation to hourly tables has encountered an error"
Issue
Both in events log (Administration Portal) and in /var/log/ovirt-engine-dwh/ovirt-engine-dwhd.log there are following warning messages:
"ETL service aggregation to hourly tables has encountered an error"
NOTE please keep in mind that those warning messages report there is a problem, but the source of this problem is very specific. There are many other KCS with the same message but related to RHEV 3.x.y. The other one related to RHV 4.0 is "Can not sample data, oVirt Engine is not updating the statistics. Please check your oVirt Engine status "
Environment
RHV 4.1.8
+ possible other 4.1.z versions are affected, the Root Cause hasn't been found yet.
