Issue

OpenShift can't provision any new volumes on dynamic Gluster storage using Heketi, due to gluster not deleting the volumes and returning failure to heketi.
Heketi still marked the gluster volume deleted.

Guster and heketi have different number of volumes.

# gluster volume info
# heketi-cli volume list

Also check the listings of the /var/lib/glusterd/vols
