RHV : VM's using Direct LUN's from ISCSI targets gets created with only a single path
Issue
- Direct LUN's available from multiple hosts when added via the RHV GUI interface creates only a single path.
- Database engine table contains entry for only 1 path.
Environment
- Red Hat Virtualization 4.1
- iscsi-initiator-utils-6.2.0.874-4.el7.x86_64
- ISCSI targets with 2 controller ports
