Issue
- lvextend in thinpool fails with Insufficient free space: 5110 extents needed, but only 0 available, when lvs is 70% used and thin pool tries to extend the lv using the policies defined in
lvm.conf. - The filesystem associated with thin LVM automatically umounts after a while.
