Setting a proxy with YUM on RHEL 7.4
Issue
- When running an undercloud install, yum returns 'Nothing to do'
- When installing the packages from the shell, it gets processed as usual
- Proxy configurations are often loaded in shell environment.
- Since RHEL 7.4, yum is ignoring the proxy settings in
/etc/yum.conf
and in the repository files.
