Instance-id is not appended to session id when using non-HA profile in JBoss EAP 7.0
Issue
- Testing instance id in JBoss 7.0.x standalone mode does not append the session id:
<subsystem xmlns="urn:jboss:domain:undertow:4.0" instance-id="${jboss.instance.id}">

- Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP) 7.0.x
- non-HA profile
