All osd's are stopped during a 'service osd.X start' command on Red Hat Ceph Storage 1.3
Issue
- Running the below command on a RHCS 1.3.x cluster will cause the other OSD's on that node to stop:
# service ceph start osd.x
Environment
- Red Hat Ceph Storage 1.3
- NOT Red Hat Ceph Storage 2.0
