How to prevent root login at serial console in RHEL 6?
Issue
- When a serial console is set up in RHEL6, a root user is automatically permitted to login at serial console. How to prevent that?
- For example, append "console=ttyS0" in /etc/grub.conf and then reboot OS, "ttyS0" is automatically added to /etc/securetty.
