[Satellite6.2] Various performance issues after upgrade from 6.1

  • some particular performance issue is see after upgrading Satellite 6.1 to 6.2, e.g.:
    • qpidd process taking 100% CPU
    • candlepin big latency and errors in logs
    • WebUI very slow or raising 503 error at all
    • puppet raises some httpd related errors
