RHV 4 Upload Image tasks end in Paused by System state

Issue

  • On a RHV 4 manager, when I upload image via Admin Portal, the task always end in state: Paused by System.

  • I can see the task going through all those states:

    • Locked
    • Initializaing
    • Sent 0 of xxxMB
    • Paused by System

  • If I try to resume the upload, it always just sends 0 and returns to a paused state.
