How can I create partitions on multipath devices in RHEL?
Issue
- How do I create a partition on a multipath device?
- If I partition a multipath device, the partition is not showing up in /dev/mapper until I reboot or re-run multipath.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
- device-mapper-multipath
